The Arc of Racine Participating in Vehicle Donation Program

The Arc of Racine is participating with The Arc of the United States in a national vehicle donation program in which 90% of the net proceeds from the auction of the donated vehicles will benefit the local chapter.

Cars, trucks, boats and other vehicles can be donated by visiting The Arc of Racine’s website at and clicking on the car keys icon. Donors must designate a beneficiary on the donation form, in which they may choose The Arc of Racine. Donations are tax deductible and vehicles can be towed away free of charge. For more information or questions, please call The Arc of Racine at (262) 634-6303.

The Arc of Racine is a non-profit community organization that works to improve the quality of life for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by: providing information, advocacy and support to help empower people with disabilities and their families to get needed services; educating professionals, community leaders and elected officials to better understand disabilities and best practices; and collaborating with others in the community to make changes in the system.

  1. Great idea! I read that Cash for Clunkers took a big chunk of possible donations away from being donated

  2. Charitable contributions are so much more valuable during the holidays. Especially from those who can really afford to give. If you're planning on making a vehicle or boat donation this year, local charities are the first place you should turn. This kind of large-scale giving is very important especially in the winter time. The With Causes family of sites can help find a charity if there isn't an 'Arc of Racine' in your area.
