Dustin Block has worked as a journalist for 15 years, working for newspapers, magazines and websites in Madison, Sun Prairie, Milwaukee, Appleton and Racine. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in journalism. He moved to Racine a year later for a job at The Journal Times in Racine, where he worked as a reporter, Internet content coordinator and city editor. He left the JT in 2007 to start RacinePost. Dustin is married to his wonderful and beautiful wife, Marie Block. They live in Racine.
Pete Selkowe has more than 40 years experience as a journalist, editor and publisher. He worked for the Boston Record-American, the Keene (NH) Sentinel, the White Plains (NY) Reporter-Dispatch (among others); he was editor of the Valley News in Lebanon, NH, the Evening Courier in Champaign, IL, and the Southern Illinoisan in Carbondale, IL. He was publisher of the Southern Illinoisan, the Bismarck (ND) Tribune and the Racine (WI) Journal Times before retiring in 1999. Pete serves on several local boards and is a member of Downtown Rotary Club in Racine (birthplace of Paul P. Harris, founder of the international service organization). He is an avid Vespa rider; he's driven across Europe on a PX200, and followed Route 66 from Chicago to California on a '74 Rally 200. Pete lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Louise (who is a saint to put up with him, she says -- repeatedly). They have two daughters.
