NAACP releases report on 'State of Racine's Downtown'
The Racine branch of the NAACP has a report out raising questions about minority inclusion in the redevelopment of the city's Downtown. We're just getting into the report's specifics, and its implications. We'll write more later. Until then, read the report here.
