The city of Racine is selling rain barrels for $30 (no installation) or $45 (with installation). Rain barrels collect and store rain water from your rooftop to use later for lawn and garden watering. They lower water costs, approximately 1,300 gallons of water is saved in summer months, and with stormwater runoff.
