Racine's State Rep. Cory Mason helped let protestors into the state Capitol, according to this blogger.

  1. In violation of a court order, Mason should face charges.

  2. Pure ignorance. If someone has set off a bomb Mason would have been responsible. He definitely should be charged.

  3. Peaceful protesters, eh? His willful skirting of security put not only everyone in the Capitol at risk of a nut with a weapon or bomb, but himself and his own staff as well. The end justifies the means. This is leadership? Shameful.

  4. Cory's conduct through this series of events is shameful. He behaves like an angry child. When he defies orders that are meant to keep the capital safe he should be charged as noted above. To call the opposition peaceful is completely false. The media is full of death threats on the GOP. I sit in groups and listen to those opposed to the actions talk about violence against the governor and other GOP figures. They aren't saying they would do the violence but make it clear they don't oppose violence if it happens. The hipocracy by people who were so upset when Palin used a target on people she opposed yet they now talk about violence themselves. Once you put others at risk, as Mascon clearly did, this becomes serious and I fear people will be hurt. The dems can no longer claim to be peaceful opposition. Their supporters are now openly talking about violent acts. The opposition has lost any claim to high ground.

  5. Selfish. He risked the lives of many innocent people. This cry baby needs to learn to grow up. Send the bill to him for the cleanup and extra police work. This really needs to be investigated and he needs to be prosecuted.

  8. Yes it is pathetic an elected official put so many lives at risk. This is not opinion, it is a fact.
    Please justify his reasoning.

  9. Well, that's easy. As the Madison police said - through a bullhorn - inside the Capitol - a week ago, "It's NOT YOUR HOUSE (Scott Walker et al)! It's OUR HOUSE!"

  10. 6:46, you are pathetic. This is liberalism at its core folks, they don't care about what their own do as long as it is to further the cause.

  11. Ricardo says: Cory Mason is my kind of representative. He does what he has to to communicate to those he represents, and his statements make sense! Cory is wise beyond his years - and I want him to represent Racine and me for many years. Cory doesn't play politics - he does what is right!

  12. There has never been any concern about the peaceful protesters.
The concern has been that some right wing nut job might try to cause trouble.
Cory is the most principled representative - unlike Vos and his cohorts.

  14. Mason would just be another Liberal lowlife were it not for his Mommy and Daddy's money. Sorry Cory, the people of Wisconsin have wised up and Scott Walker is carrying out their requests.

  15. We Liberals won;t forget what Scott Walker did - in one year he will be given his walking papers! Van W too! Many that voted for these guys didn't expect these radical moves. The voters wanted some changes - but nothing like this!
