There was another move over a year ago that brought in a billing firm to try to clean up the billing mess. That group did nothing more than make excuses for their mistakes and reminded you about how bad the last people that did billing.
ReplyDeleteSome of the billing delays were so long that the insurance companies wouldn't pay their portion because they had already closed the books on the year being billed.
The management here in Racine is a failure. Their fixes need fixing.
