Racine had another fatal shooting this weekend, early Saturday morning.

Police said, "Preliminary investigation indicated that an argument may have occurred between several persons on the street before shots were fired." They are asking anyone with information to all 635-7700.
Who cares?????????????
ReplyDeleteDude........
ReplyDeleteSeams no one cares that yet another murder takes place in Racine. A small story here nothing in the J-T
ReplyDeleteYes let's go to the Beach and hit downtown but lock your doors when driving in the Uptown and be sure to be indoors after dark with the TV on so you do not have to hear gun shots.
The Journal Times' story was pulled from their website yesterday morning, apprently because of an avalanche of negative comments.
ReplyDeleteI never saw it. I would like to think I would have. The J-T can turn off the blogging part if they need to. Easier to put your head in the sand.
ReplyDeleteThe story went up Saturday. As is the case with stories on inner city crime/violence, it spawned a lot of comments, of the usual variety. I saw it briefly on the Journal Times site yesterday morning, then it disappeared.
ReplyDeleteThere's no link on the Journal Times' website, but the story -- and 126 comments -- are still online. Go here:

ReplyDeleteI have no idea how I missed it but thanks again for posting it
